Rest is important to God - He knows that we need it (Gen 2 2-3). 
We are commanded to rest on the Sabbath and gain our strength in Him.. (Exodus 20 8-11)


Have you rested recently ?  Heard God in your situation ?
Plan some rest in your diary & make time to wait upon the LORD... (Psalm 37:7)
