Salvation ~
"Your word, Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the Heavens" Psalm 119:89
The 10 Commandments are God's main plan for our lives. They were given to the people via Moses at Mount Sinai and show us God's way to live. Exodus 20.
Keeping the Commandments is a way of choosing God's Blessing for ourselves, communities & descendants ! Deuteronomy 28:1. 30:19.
They are directives and keeping them is important..
We must not have idols, no-one must be before God in our lives. There must be no substitutes /imitations. Galatians 5:20
The Bible teaches us to Hold onto what is good & to hate evil .. Romans 12:9.
We were made from dust, and will return to dust /our Maker ! Genesis 3:19
Christmas is a celebration of Christ's birth and redemption plan. Jesus is the living word and Light of Life...:) Ephesians 1:7, John 1:4

Hark ! the Herald Angels Sing ! Glory to the new-born King. Peace on Earth and mercy mild. God and sinners reconciled. Joyful all Ye Nations rise. Join the triumph of the skies. With angelic host proclaim, "Christ is born in Bethlehem" Hark the Herald Angels Sing. Glory to the new-born King.
Hail the heaven born Prince of Peace ! Hail the Son of Righteousness. Light and life to all he brings, Risen with healing in his wings. Mild he lays his glory by, Born that man no more may die. Born to raise the sons of earth, born to give them second birth. Hark ! The Herald Angels sing ! Glory to the new-born King.
