Book of Ruth..
Ruth was left in a difficult position. She was alone; her husband had died & her sisiter-in-law had left. She was in a strange land which was suffering a famine, and she was uncertain what the future held. What she did have, was her mother-in-law & her faith in God.
Together with her mother-in-law, Ruth travelled back to their homeland. She found work and was able to help provide. Eventually she married and had a child.
When things in life are uncertain, what do you depend on / turn to ?
Do you trust God and follow Him ?
As this year ends, review what is important in your life .. how do you react when things 'go wrong'
Make a resolution for next year - what could you do to make your spiritual life stronger ??
